The East Coast–German Wirehaired Pointer Rescue, Inc. is dedicated to caring for homeless German Wirehaired Pointers and finding them permanent, loving homes.  Although most of the dogs we assist are from shelters or were abandoned by owners on the east coast of the US, it serves all dogs in need regardless of location. 

East Coast GWP Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit organization.  (An application for tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status is pending with the Internal Revenue Service.)  We are funded solely from donations, fundraisers, grants and adoption donations.   Please contact us at WirehairRescue@aol.com --
